Coanda Screens is a self-cleaning screen with no moving parts that have been successfully used for debris and fish exclusion in a wide range of applications across the world including hydropower plant intakes, water conservation schemes, and irrigation programs. It uses a title wedge-wire screen partly down an Ogee-shaped slope. A solid acceleration plate forms the ogee slope above the screen and creates the high sweeping velocities necessary for self-cleaning.
