Plastic Plain Mesh

Plastic Plain Mesh is also known as plastic breeding net, plastic net, plastic flat net, nursery net, brooding and fecal leakage net, etc.

Plastic flat nets are primarily used for aquatic products, poultry breeding, sericulture, beekeeping, nursery, and chicken breeding, duck and goose bottom leakage, plastic drying nets, civil construction, aquatic product conservation, gardening and court protection, railways, highways, roadbed reinforcement, and car cushions.

Plastic flat mesh is a raw material for plastic extrusion that is heated and melted in an extruder. It is extruded through a screw and enters a rotating machine head equipped with an inner and outer die with several small holes. The melted plastic flows through the pores of the die to form two strands of melted filaments. Due to the machine head's rotation, two strands of material are occasionally merged at one point to form a network, which is then cooled and shaped into a plastic flat mesh. Its features are low cost and a long service life.

Plastic flat mesh materials include polyethylene (PE), high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), and ABS plastic particles.

Plastic flat mesh has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high toughness, making it a suitable replacement for metal wires. It is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, long-lasting, non-toxic, odorless, and transparent.
