Temporary Filter Strainers Offer Filter Protection

A temporary filter also named temporary strainer made of perforation mesh or weave mesh is designed to offer excellent low-cost protection for costly filtration equipment, valves, and other mechanical equipment. Excellent for pipeline start-up or minimal solid loading. 

Once debris and sediment are collected in the filter, the fluid flow is interrupted, you can remove and clean the filter, or replace it.

Temporary strainers are available in cones, baskets and plates. Custom sizes, configurations, materials of construction, and other options may be available.

Specification:

Standard material: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, and other material is available.

For mesh-lined strainers, flow direction must be specified.

Assembly instructions:

Put filter between two flanges.

Two gaskets must be fitted on both sides.

Fasten the bolts, and make sure the filter and gasket are in the correct position.
